Dennis Frey
Owner
As a dairy farmer, Dennis started custom spraying and selling seed in the 1990’s. In 2003 the dairy farm was sold and he became the owner of CFS. As a Certified Crop Advisor, he focused full time on selling seed and custom spraying to assist other farmers. Dennis’s wife and son Todd are now also a part of the CFS team.

When the business first started out, Laurie worked alongside her husband Dennis. She used to deliver supper to the guys in the sprayers every night. Now that the business has expanded she has quit her meals on wheels’ service and currently works in the office as the secretary of CFS. 
Gary Van Ankum

Nutrient Management Specialist
Gary has worked alongside Dennis and the CFS crew since 2008. He has been a Certified Nutrient Management Consultant since 2009 and travels the province providing Nutrient Management Strategies and Plans for a wide variety of farms. With the help of his wife, Gary runs a hog finishing and cash crop operation in Mapleton Township. Visit Todd on Twitter
Todd Frey
Customer Service Representative
Todd grew up learning and experiencing how the family business operated through seasonal work for several years. He developed a passion for crop production, weeds and chemicals which lead him to the University of Guelph where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture majoring in crop, horticulture and turfgrass science. Throughout University, Todd was an active member of the OAC Weeds Team and OAC Soil and Crop Club. Todd is now a Certified Crop Adviser and is eager to share his expertise with customers at CFS. Chris Haines
Agronomy, Precision Planting, Customer Service
Chris grew up in Kingston and is currently living in community of Listowel. He joined the CFS team in the summer of 2018. He is a graduate of University of Guelph and previously worked for Syngenta Canada Inc. in the pesticide formulation lab. Chris has boots on the ground experience as a crop scout and drone operator. Lauren Good
Sales and Service
Lauren started working at CFS as a crop scout in the summers of 2017. She left to continue her education in Olds Alberta and gather further work experience. She is a graduate from University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus and has her Bachelor of Applied Science in Agribusiness from Olds College. After moving back to the area, she has returned to CFS excited to assist customers with achieving their cropping goals. Visit Lauren on Twitter
Tiffany Huberts
Sales and Service
Tiffany grew up on a poultry and cash crop farm outside of Moorefield. She is a 2022 University of Guelph graduate, where she achieved a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Tiffany has previous experience working in the agriculture industry working with both livestock and crops. She will be joining us for the upcoming season, by assisting customers in making the best agronomy decisions for their farms. 
Graham Frey

Graham lives just outside of Elmira, and has many accomplished years as a custom operator starting at a young age. He started working alongside Perry in 2021 as a tender driver for the sprayer. For the 2022 season, he continues to work diligently as a tender driver and soon to be sprayer driver as he recently passed his exterminator license.

Perry began working for CFS when he was 18. He started off operating a SpraCoupe 7650. 5 Years later he bought his own sprayer and started subcontracting for CFS. Perry and his wife Ruth live on a farm outside of Elmira where they cash crop, raise beef cattle and sell maple syrup.
