Variety Plot – Elmira

This was our yearly C&M soft red winter wheat variety plot. This field followed soybeans, gets plenty of manure and has been no-til for 6 years. The plot was planted with a 15′ John Deere drill and had  5 gal of G24 liquid starter added at planting. This field received one application of UAN+ATS of 45 gal at greenup. A growth regulator was applied, tank-mixed with the herbicide. Fungicide was applied at flag leaf and at heading.
